General description: Providing comprehensive coordination and administrative support to Program Chairs across diverse graduate studies program offerings (Visual Studies; Applied Craft & Design; Collaborative Design; Critical Theory & Creative Research; Low Residency Programs)

Duties include: Day-to-day oversight of all administrative tasks involved with a diverse roster of graduate studies offerings; leading campus tours and acting as a face for the graduate department; fiscal management including faculty salaries, equipment purchases, travel, honoraria, contracted services, utilities and supplies; regular communication both written and verbal with multiple stakeholders such as applicants, current students, alumni, faculty, and upper college administration; event organization and planning; institutional representation at Graduate National Portfolio Day events; file and archive organization for all spending, student records, and minutes from multiple committee meetings; annually assess program performance and provide recommendations; assist in the development of graduate pedagogy; academic advising; etc
